Is it just a regular kielbasa (ie krakowska, wiejska, etc...) pickled in what? Vinegar, type of vinegar?

Looks interesting. Never had picked kielbasa before. What is it best with?

Regular kielbasa in cider vinegar with pap rika, chili powder, red pepper flakes, garlic and onions.

I just eat it by itself.
